What size tent do I need?
Tent size depends on guest count, seating arrangements and the features you would like to include, such as a dance floor, bar, buffet, stage or presentation area. We’ll help you choose the best tent size and create a practical layout that keeps your event comfortable and flowing smoothly.
How many days are included in my rental?
Your rental covers the day of your event, but we allow extra time for installation and removal. Depending on your event needs and our schedule, setup may take place one or two days beforehand, with take down typically completed the day after the event. We'll coordinate the timing with you and confirm all details before your event.
Are setup and takedown included?
Yes. Professional setup and takedown of the tent, sidewalls and tent lighting are included in both packages. Setup and takedown of tables, chairs and other included rental items are included with the Posh Package. If centre-pole drapery is added to either package, its installation and removal are also included.
What type of surface is required for the tent?
The tent must be installed on a suitable grass surface because it is secured using stakes. The installation area must be level, accessible and free from underground utilities, irrigation systems and other obstructions.
Can we rent individual items without booking a tent package?
During the main outdoor event season (May–September), tent rentals are offered through our Country and Posh packages . Individual rental items may also be available depending on the date, location and event requirements. During the winter months, individual rentals are available for indoor events. Our Event Styling & Décor Setup service is available year-round.
Can I customize my package?
Yes! Our packages can be customized with optional add-ons and Event Styling & Décor Setup services. Contact us to discuss your event, and we’ll help you choose a package that fits your needs.
How can I prepare for the delivery and set-up?
To help delivery and installation go smoothly, please ensure:
- The site is accessible by pickup truck and trailer
- The site’s ground is level and is free from trees, decks and other obstructions
- The area has an additional 8-feet of clearance around the tent for staking into the ground
- The grass has been mowed in the area a few days before setup—not on the day of installation. Freshly cut grass can stain linens, wood and other rental items.
- A Utility Safety Partners locate is completed before installation.
What happens if it rains or there is severe weather?
Our tents are professionally installed and securely anchored; however, all outdoor events remain subject to changing weather conditions. Severe wind, storms, unsafe ground conditions or other hazards may
require installation changes, delays or cancellation for safety reasons. Weather-related terms will be outlined in your rental agreement.
How do I reserve my date?
To reserve your date, simply contact us to confirm availability. Once your rental agreement is signed and your Booking Deposit is received, your date will be officially secured.
